Thirty-eight students from 14 African countries have already started their scholarship programs.

- North and South America- 30 percent
- Europe - 25 percent

- Asia - 10 percent
Online MBA Programs: Flexibility Is Important
Flexibility is key when it comes to online MBA programs and the African Scholarship Program was designed with that in mind. Says Alick Kitchin, business development director at Edinburgh Business School, to Financial Times, "From day one it was for working people. It's not one to do if you have just graduated and are not working yet."
However, the biggest impact is the financial assistance the scholarship provides. "I can't afford [to spend money on my own education], says Martha Sambani, a scholarship recipient. "[Edinburgh] is like my angel."
